Please note we take no responsibility for parcels being damaged or lost once they leave our warehouse. Should your order be lost in transit, please contact us for your tracking number so you can follow up with the post provider.

Returns Policy
You're welcome to return any full priced item(s) back to us for a refund within seven days of receiving you order, excluding pierced earrings (for health and safety reasons), skin care, home fragrances, and candles.
Item(s) must be in the original condition and packaging, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and we do not offer free shipping for returns.
Please be sure to request your return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must arrive at our address within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please email returns@covertlane.com if you would like to return your item(s). Please include any gift with purchase, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the gift.
You may choose the shipping carrier/method of your choice. We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. Packages that arrive C.O.D. may be denied, or the C.O.D. amount may be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is unable to be repaired or replaced you will receive a refund (sale price less any shipping and handling charges).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you with the status of the return.
